Payment Schedule
A 100% deposit per person is required to reserve your space on a tour.

Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. They can be used toward another tour if scheduled within 12 months of cancellation. Other payments are refundable on a pro-rated basis. A full refund will be made for any tour cancelled by AMERICAN DREAM SAFARI.

Vehicle Capacity
To retain flexibility and maintain a personal atmosphere, we limit the number of passengers per vehicle to 5.

Travel Insurance
Trip cancellation insurance and baggage insurance are not included in the price but are recommended.

Air reservations
Airline travel or other means of travel to and from the beginning and ending cities of the tour is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Agreement
In an endeavor to insure a happy and compatible tour, AMERICAN DREAM SAFARI reserves the right to refuse the application of anyone or expel any tour member whose conduct is, in our judgement, incompatible with the interest of the group. No refund will be made for the unused portions of any tour.

Responsibility
AMERICAN DREAM SAFARI is not responsible for loss or damage to property, baggage, or injury to persons during the tour. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, riots, strike, or other cause beyond our control. By forwarding of deposit to AMERICAN DREAM SAFARI you certify that you do not have any mental, physical or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for yourself or other participants, and agree to be bound by the above stated terms.

Itineraries (Extended Tours only)
The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of AMERICAN DREAM SAFARI without prior notice. If services or accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond our control, we will substitute comparable services and accommodations. Uncompleted portions of the itinerary are not cause for refund.

Hotels (Extended Tours only)
American Dream Safari specializes in finding appropriate accommodation based on character, ambience, and the quality of the neon sign. Usually they are small and not geared to large tourist groups. On occasion rooms may not include TV, mini-bars, or other amenities. All rooms have private baths.
